Plan I
- 30% of the purchase price – on signing the Preliminary Contract and payable in 30 days period of time on the booking of the unit
2. 25% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the completion of the ground floor of the building in which the Apartment is situated, but no later than 30.06.2007.
3. 30% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the completion of the roof level of the building in which the Apartment is situated, but no later than 01.10.2007.
4. 15% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the Usage Permit for the appropriate building in which the Apartment is situated has been issued by the competent authorities according to the Bulgarian Territorial Regulation Act, but no later than 30.09.2008.
Or Plan II ( 5 % discount from the final purchase price )
- 60% of the purchase price – on signing the Preliminary Contract and payable in 30 days period of time on the booking of the unit
2. 10% of the purchase price payable within the term of 14 (fourteen) days after the completion of the ground floor of the building in which the Apartment is situated, but no later than 30.06.2007.

Plan III ( Financing- providing mortgage credit amounting to 60% of the apartment value )
- 40% of the purchase price – on signing the Preliminary Contract and payable in 30 days period of time on the booking of the unit
2. 15% of the purchase price financing entirely by United Bulgarian Bank at constructing zero elevation (ground floor) of the building in which the Apartment is situated, but no later than 30.06.2007.
3. 30% of the purchase price financing entirely by United Bulgarian Bank at level of rough construction, but no later than 01.10.2007.
4. 15% of the purchase price financing entirely by United Bulgarian Bank after the Usage Permit for the appropriate building in which the Apartment is situated has been issued by the competent authorities according to the Bulgarian Territorial Regulation Act, but no later than 30.09.2008.
The mortgage interest for each installment commences during the building after every payment from the bank to the Developer, i.e. after the completion of the ground floor, after the completion of the roof level and after the Usage Permit
